Henna can be used to dye your. This approach is free of any side effects and will leave your hair silkier than ever. YES--Believe me!!! So here is the recipe:

This is a recipe Medium length hair, plz adjust accordingly!

3 tablespoons Henna

200 gms Yoghurt

2 Eggs

The juice of one lemon
2 teaspoonfuls of concentrated coffee

Mix together into a paste and leave it overnight in a warm place,in a ceramic or copper vessel. In the morning, apply it evenly all over the head. The easiest way to apply Henna is to divide the hair into sections with a comb, applying Henna to each section. This ensures that the Henna is applied all over, right up to the roots. It is also easier to remove the Henna. Cover your head with a shower cap and leave the paste on for at least half-an-hour or for 6-8 hours max. Shampoo your hair after that. Use a mild shampoo and do not scrub your hair. Air dry your hair and enjoy your luxurious locks. Henna will lend the hair beautiful coppery tints, which would highlight the hair, making it gleaming and lustrous.

Regular use of this combination has been seen to promote hair growth and restore good health to the scalp. 

You can also add or subtract other ingredients which have particular properties:

*Eggs and yoghurt condition your hair.

*Lemon bleaches your hair.

*Cinnamon enhances brown tones and leaves your hair smelling like spice cake.

*Coffee darkens & neutralizes gray.

*Black tea deepens color.

*Jojoba, Walnut, Olive, Amla oil conditionins the hair.

*Rosemary oil conditions and stimulates hair growth.

*Beet juice gives dark purple and red color.

*Cloves gives dark red color & spice cake hair.

*Chamomile & Turmenic gives golden highlights when added to neutral henna only.
